In general, the report is very sympathetic to a lot of what we have been saying about Supporting People and out-sourcing of public services in general, but the recommendations are somewhat limited more

Notting Hill Dispute

UNISON members at Notting Hill met on 29th July and decided to suspend the dispute. The decision was taken on the understanding that the recommendations for change management that were drafted and agreed at the June talks with management at ACAS would be applied, retrospectively, to All Together Better[ ATB]. ATB is Notting Hill's branding of a change from specialist to generic roles.
